RO reverse osmosis water treatment process:

A reverse osmosis (desalination) station equipped with a fixed conveyor whose mission is to purify water from water sources such as lakes, rivers and wells. These RO machines use a high pressure pump that pressurizes brine or saline water onto the surface of the semi-permeable membrane which has small pores. Water molecules are only allowed to flow through the tiny pores while preventing impurities such as salt, particles, minerals and other organic matter from passing through. These tiny pores have a strong ability to reject bacteria and disease-causing pathogens. At the end of this process, clean, pure water appears on the underside of the pressure, while salts, minerals and other organic matter are sent into a brine stream and then to a drain.

Commercial Reverse Osmosis Purification Systems Customized Pre-order And High Capacity:

Our reverse osmosis units are manufactured to be easy to use, environmentally friendly, long-term reliability and robust construction.

Can be customized based on individual custom order needs to include chemical dosing, scrubbing and antiscalant pads and more. These reverse osmosis systems can handle from 1 meter to 1,000 cubic meters per day, with feed water having a TDS of 200 to 10,000 ppm. These features have the ability to remove hardness, chlorine, odors, colour, iron and sulfur. Economical and efficient reverse osmosis systems contain the latest reverse osmosis technology to remove dissolved salts, particles, organic matter, minerals, solids and other contaminants from water whose molecular weight is more than 150-250 daltons. We at Aqua Joy use the most energy efficient rejection membranes.
